I just installed Coppermine and keep getting error messages. I can't seem to upload pics. Files aren't being saved. What's wrong. Mad

Your permissions are most likely incorrectly set.

CHMOD albums to 777
CHMOD includes to 777
CHMOD albums/edit to 777
CHMOD albums/userpics to 777

It should work then.
