This forum is not an official method of support for Country-Tyme Web Hosting customers. It is provided here as a courtesy. This forum is intended to only be for user-to-user discussion.

Discussions must remain constructive and in good nature and in most cases directly related to web hosting. Any question or situation that cannot be resolved by another forum member should be directed to our official staff.

The General Conversations forum is provided to step away from the topics of web hosting, but it may not be abused in any way.

With that said, the Country-Tyme Web Hosting staff does monitor these boards to make sure they are being used correctly, and will remove profane, inflammatory, negative, etc. posts if deemed necessary.

What is not permitted:

If you choose to ignore this important restriction, all your accounts will be disabled. If you require a user name change, please open a helpdesk ticket. If you have forgotten your log in details and are unable to retrieve them via the system, do not create a new account.

- Unnecessary use of vulgar words
- Cross-posting (which means posting the same message in other sub-forums)
- Use of these forums to advertise or promote any hosting or domain service other than the services of Country-Tyme Web Hosting

- Getting general help and guidance for your web hosting account with Country-Tyme Web Hosting while respecting your fellow forum members.

When any post is reported, we treat the issue with the upmost respect and seriousness. Both parties will be contacted to reach a resolution.
